Hi guys, Just a note to say thanks again for the great rafting adventure last weekend. We all had an excellent time on the river. The staff were all really fun - I think I probably gained about 10 pounds from all the food! The drive back to L.A. on Sunday was brutal but all worth it. Please pass this note on to Kenny and Duncan - they were our guides Saturday and Sunday. You guys were great. Hope to see you again sometime soon. For those short on time, our special Half-Day American River rafting California adventures on the South Fork of the American River is for you. We either run a morning trip or an afternoon trip. Both American River rafting trips cover about 10 miles and are only $79 per person, Monday through Friday and $89 on Sundays. No meals included. Request a Reservation
1-Day Trips $89 - $159 Trip Prices
We offer three different South fork American River rafting one-day trips. Each trip offers a different section of the American River as well as distance. All American River rafting trips include our famous riverside buffet lunch at our own private spot on the river. Also, we'll have an ice chest stocked with refreshing cold drinks, and snacks for your enjoyment on the way back to the initial meeting point.
- The Whole American River rafting trip spans the entire 21-mile stretch of the South Fork all in one day! If you would like to spend the whole day on the river, this American River rafting trip is the perfect choice. It begins at Chili Bar early in the morning and concludes in the late afternoon at Folsom Lake. Awaiting you on this trip are rapids like Meatgrinder, Triple Threat,Troublemaker, and the Lower American River Gorge. Lunch INCLUDED! Request a Reservation
- The Gorge Run–Starting off with some mild rapids that are bouncy, and an optional swim through Floater's Rapid. This stretch of the South Fork builds up and carries you to the American River Gorge, where the rapids run almost incessant from start to finish. Lunch INCLUDED! Request a Reservation

Our family trips allow the whole family to experience camping and whitewater rafting l in an environment that promotes growth and fun. Family trips are offered the 2nd and 4th Wednesday and Thursday of July and August. These are great opportunities for the entire family to experience an American River rafting adventure vacation together. We are excited about these family trips as they provide us a chance to share in this adventure with kids. We love seeing them and generations to come, grow to love and cherish these river adventures and beautiful canyons.
