Dear WWE : We just returned from our annual spring rafting adventure with your company. This year we challenged the North Fork, wow what a ride, it was everything we have heard about and more. Your guides made us feel safe and secure all the while giving us the adventure we wanted. The riverside lunch was awesome, how do you get all the gourmet food down the river with us??

1/2-Day Afternoon Express Trips $109 - $129 Trip Prices
Our Afternoon Express river rafting California trip is the normal 9.5 mile 1 day California River rafting trip except that we meet at noon, take you to the river launching point, have our riverside buffet lunch, then get dressed in wet suits and hit the river. A great option for those not wanting to get up so early for river rafting California and make the drive to the river, or do not want to drive up the night before and camp or stay in a motel. We offer one day California river rafting trips that cover nine miles and include a stop for lunch.The North Fork Double is being offered for those individuals that want the maximum Class IV one day adventure available. We'll raft the nine mile section of the river, have lunch, and then transport everyone back to the start of the trip, and do it all over again, making an eighteen mile day of Class IV river rafting California adventure! California river rafting - What it's like
Beginning as a mild stream, the North Fork American River gains momentum quickly and leads into the Class IV "Chamberlin Falls Gorge," which is known as the most challenging of all the river rafting California runs on the American. The North Fork runs only in the springtime and early summer, where residual melting snow still comes from the Sierras. The river drops down through an extremely steep gorge, winding in between enormous boulders and over waterfalls reaching a height of 8 feet. Endless crystal clear water and rapids are the trademark of this challenging and technical river rafting California rapid. The North Fork boasts to be one of the most beautiful rivers in the Sierra and should only be attempted by experienced rafters who have good physical conditioning.
